Our Story

Rehan Construction was born as my brainchild in the year 2008. I got my first project at Shahapur as a contractor. It had 4 flats. The name being Mary Apartments. That was my first step in the field of construction. As a contractor I undertook 3 projects and completed them successfully. This gave me a deeper insight about construction as a business.There after I decided to have a construction company of my own. I regirstered my start-up in the name of Rehan Constructions. I did not have much experience but I was bursting with ideas. So,I undertook another project. I worked on it as a builder this time. I was the sole proprietor for this.

My first project as a builder was Rehan Row Houses which is situated at Curti-Ponda, Goa. I successfully completed it and there on began to enjoy my work. There on my company has successfully completed a lot of projects. Namely;

1. Rehan Row Houses: 4 villas
2. Femina Nest : 2 bungalow
3. Rehan Rabiyam Yusuf Residency : 18 flats apt
4. Rehan Anwar Residency: 9 flats 12 shops

I then merged my company with a new company named Rehan Global Constructions. Rehan Global Construction pvt.ltd was formed in the year 2016 and its founder CEO Khaja shaikh. So, with the name of this company upcoming project is

REHAN RABIYAM YUSUF GREEN FIELD :
it will have 30 flats it will have all the amenities and it is designed with experience, imagination, and hard work to make people happy where ever they reside and we want to spread happiness among all the people who joined as client to our company we never make people unhappy that is our reputation and we hope that we make people happy and always we are here to serve people with luxurious flats ,shops etc.
